Browser Requirements
If you are sure that your Internet browser and Adobe Reader are configured as close as possible to the requirements described under 'Browser Requirements' and 'Adobe Acrobat Settings' then you may want to run the Compatibility Test. This will open a Test PDF Form in a new window. If you do not see the phrase, "The Adobe Form Processing Test was successful." on the test form, then your system configuration does not meet our requirements. You can still use our application to complete your questionnaire. Your other option is to save your data to a floppy disk or other media and use a different computer where the Acrobat configuration works successfully.
To benefit from the highest level of personal information security and to utilize many of the features and functions of the TurboCourt web site, your browser must meet the following requirements:
We also recommend that you clean your browser's temporary Internet files (cache). Otherwise in your installed Adobe Acrobat software you may get the "File could not be found" error message and blank PDF files (forms). To clean your browser's temporary Internet files follow these instructions.

Browser Encryption
In an effort to provide the highest degree of confidentiality and security for your personal information, we strongly recommend the use of 128-bit encryption browsers. Encryption is the process for scrambling your account and personal information as it passes between TurboCourt and your computer. The encryption process is built into most Internet browsers. The larger the number of bits for encryption (e.g., 40 or 128) the more difficult (exponentially) it is for an unauthorized person to unscramble the transmission. The highest level of encryption commercially available is 128-bit and is a more secure way to access your TurboCourt information.
Because many commercial browsers currently in use only support 40-bit encryption, TurboCourt has decided to allow our customers the choice of using 40-bit or 128-bit encryption access but strongly urges the use of 128-bit browsers. Failure by user to utilize the highest level of encryption as discussed above may compromise the security of user's information that is being transmitted. TurboCourt will not be liable for any damages that may result from any breaches of the information's security as agreed to by user under the User's Terms and Conditions.
