Pro-Se (self-represented) A person representing himself or herself in a lawsuit.
A person filing or responding to a lawsuit on behalf of a company, sole proprietorship, partnership, association and/or corporation. A person should file as an attorney, not a business, if they are an active member of the State Bar.

HOW CAN THIS PROGRAM HELP ME?

TurboCourt will help you to electronically file your documents with the Superior Court.

If you're already using AZTurboCourt in Pima and Maricopa Counties, then, you'll now be using the same system for Yavapai and Mohave counties. No separate training needed! You do need to worry about setting up users - all current users of AZTurboCourt will be able automatically e-file in all courts.

But if you have new employees, or would like to refresh your memory, you're welcome to join our regular training webinars online. These webinars are free, can be accessed from any computer anywhere, and are both instructive and interactive.
