Message to e-filers!
Did you know that you are able to file up to six lead documents per submission? You may also add up to 25 supporting documents to each lead document. This is applicable for all Courts, except Maricopa. This will not only save you time, but it will eliminate the need to track multiple submissions in the same case.

Mandatory Civil e-Filing in Gila, Greenlee, and Yuma Superior Courts
Commencing September 1, 2018, attorneys are required to electronically file initiation and post-initiation civil case documents when filing into the Superior Court in Gila, Greenlee, and Yuma per Administrative Order No. 2018 – 69.

HOW CAN THIS PROGRAM HELP ME?

TurboCourt will help you to electronically file your documents with the Superior Court.

You MUST have the following to complete this filing:

• Credit /Debit card to pay for any filing fees and/or application fees OR an active Order for Waiver or Deferral of Fees applicable to this case and this court

• All documents that you will need to electronically attach to your filing (i.e. Complaint, Motion, Response)

• E-mail address

If you're already using AZTurboCourt in Pima and Maricopa Counties, then, you'll now be using the same system for Yavapai and Mohave counties. No separate training needed! You do need to worry about setting up users - all current users of AZTurboCourt will be able automatically e-file in all courts.

But if you have new employees, or would like to refresh your memory, you're welcome to join our regular training webinars online. These webinars are free, can be accessed from any computer anywhere, and are both instructive and interactive.
