* Print - documents are generated based on responses to a set of questions and the filer is required to print, sign, and deliver the documents to the court.  An application fee is charged for the creation of the documents.  The court filing fees are paid at the court.

To answer the questions, you must have this information:
   -The tenant's address
   -Copies of any written agreements between the landlord and tenant

If you are the landlord and are trying to evict someone, you also need:
   -Copies of all Notices you served to the people you are trying to evict

If you are the tenant, you also need:
   -A copy of the Complaint filed against you
